Marsha has been working extremely hard to reach her goal of being.. as she would say.. “UnFat”. I don’t know how she does it, but she comes in with perfect nails, and leaves with perfect nails! She has improved tremendously since becoming an athlete of CrossFit Oakland Park. She’s at the box every morning giving it her all, taking on all challenges, and trying her hardest to achieve her goals. Now if we can only get her to show up ON-TIME!!!

  1. Why did you decide to join CrossFit Oakland Park?

    HAD BEEN WORKING OUT FOR AWHILE AT A REGULAR GYM AND I REALLY WANTED TO CHALLENGE MYSELF SO I DECIDED TO TRY CROSSFIT. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!

  3. What has kept you at CrossFit Oakland Park?

     I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED THE ATMOSPHERE AT CROSSFIT OAKLAND PARK. ALL THE COACHES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND THEY MAKE SURE TO PUSH YOU TO YOUR FULL POTENTIAL WITHOUT LETTING YOU GET TO COMFORTABLE; WHICH IS WHEAT I NEEDED.

  4. What is your athletic background?

    I DO NOT HAVE AN ATHLETIC BACKGROUND. JUST TRYING TO BE UNFAT!!!

  5. What are your athletic goals in and outside of CrossFit?

     MY FOCUS IS TO CONTINUE TO BECOME STRONGER AND GAIN MORE ENDURANCE. I HAVE SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE SINCE JOINING THE CF TEAM AND I’M EXCITED TO LEARN WHAT MORE MY BODY CAN DO.  

  6.  What does CrossFit Mean to you?

    CROSSFIT TO ME MEANS TO PUSH THRU. NO MATTER WHAT YOUR MIND TELLS YOU YOU CAN’T DO KEEP PUSHING.

  8. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU AND/OR CROSSFIT, OR YOUR JOURNEY THROUGH CROSSFIT? 

    CROSSFIT IS AN AWESOME WAY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF & BE A BETTER YOU. NO ITS NOT EASY BUT THAT’S EXACTLY WHY IT IS NEEDED. MY JOURNEY HAS BEEN TOUGH BUT I’M EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE!! GREATER IS COMING!!!!
