Restorative Yoga is a perfect complement to CrossFit and Endurance Training.

Restorative yoga is focused on stretching and lengthening muscles as well as expanding flexibility of connective tissue.

This class is relaxing while being productive providing gains in opening and mobility in the joints. The class will include focus postures held for approximately 3-4 minutes at a time. The postures will be aimed at opening hips, shoulders, hamstrings and other major muscle groups in order to relieve soreness and tension built up during weekly CrossFit, Strongman or OverPowered classes.
